Question: costant nausea without vomiting for like 4 days, only throw up once. feeling like something stuck in my troat,stomachache little headaches. feeling i wanna urinate (sometimes I do but other times i wont) seems it comes when i sit down. something like hot flashes I have two kids an def not pregnant (MIrena) and i tried pregnancy test 2 negative

Thanks for posting your query.
Do you have abdominal bloating/ increased flatulence/ spasmodic abdominal pain and fever?
You may have acute bacterial gastroenteritis as there is increased frequency of using washroom, nausea.
You should consult with physician/ gastrophysician and go for following investigations: Complete blood count, thyroid profile, renal function test, ultrasound imaging and UGI endoscopy.
If all these investigations are normal then you should also consult with psychiatrist as zoloft may also cause nausea feeling.
