Question : intense XXXXXXX pain left of navel much sweat, trembling, dizzy; couldn't talk; couldn't get to car; lasted one hour

Sudden onset of pain in that region could be due to pancreatitis, peptic ulcer (?perforation) or mesentric vascular ischemia.
