Hi,
Thanks gor using healthcare magic.

I have gone through your available history.

All your symptoms can be explained by depression and anxiety which is common co-morbid condition with hypothyroidism. But physical causes like vitamin D deficiency or electrolyte imbalance or diabetis should be ruled out.

For depression, you should cosult psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and management. Doctor may advise you to take antidepressant drugs like fluoxetine or sertraline.

You may go for stress management and relaxation exercise like breathing exercise for better control over stress.

I hope I have addressed your concern.

Feel free to revert to me in case if you have further query.

Thanks.
