Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear,
I saw your uploaded images and would explain that the pain in this region is typical of chostocondritis. I don't think that your symptoms are related to any cardiac issues.
So, try to relax and don't worry about it!
There is no need to perform any additional cardiac tests.
I recommend taking ibuprofen for the pain.
Hope you will find this information helpful!
I remain at your disposal in case of further questions whenever you need!
Kind regards,
Dr. Iliri

                                    Brief Answer:
The chest pain is not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
I don’t think that this pain is cardio related.
Regarding the heart rate fluctuations, they are quite normal during anxiety and physical activity.
Nevertheless, I recommend performing an ambulatory 24 hours ECG Holter monitoring in order to examine your heart rhythm trends for a prolonged period of time and exclude possible cardiac arrhythmia.
Hope you will find this information helpful!

Your symptoms are not related to the heart.
Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXXXXX
Some rare PVCs are quite in every healthy individual.
There is no reason to worry about it!
Only if you feel often palpitations and shortness of breath, I would recommend repeat the ECG Holer monitoring.
Otherwise there is no reason to perform any additional cardiac tests.
I think that the pain in this region is related to costochondritis. So, try not to worry too much about it!
