                                            Question : Feeling headach for the past 5 hours..... Don't know the reason...... Explain why this happens.

Thanks for the query.
There are two common conditions associated with sudden severe headache.
1. Migrane which is usually associated with unilateral headache and there is also feeling of vomiting.
2. Cluster headache where severe headache is present in entire head.
for now to get relief take tablet tramadol 50 mg.
I would advice you to get a ct scan done.
just to be sure that there is nothing serious going on.
