Hello and Welcome,

While pre-menopause is a condition of many faces, it is unlikely with your symptoms, particularly nausea.

Instead, I would advise you to see your doctor to undergo tests for gastrointestinal tract problems. I would think of stomach problems (e.g. spontaneous pylorospasm), gall-bladder problems (e.g. cholecystitis) and - less likely - pancreatic problems.

In order to find out the definitive diagnosis, you may need to undergo certain blood tests, ultrasound examination of the abdomen, (fibrogastroduodenoscopy - when they insert a tube with a little camera at the tip, into the stomach and duodenum to visualize them) as well as some other tests.

Hope this helps.

My Dr. did all that when i first started having this problem about five years ago and i had my gall bladder taken out in 2010. he finally told me he thaought it could be IBS but the reason i think it is all hormones or premenapause it because after several years of this started keeping track of when it happend and what i ate i came to the conclusion that it within two weeks of my menstrual cycle soetimes i started the very next day or soetimes it is after my cycle up to two weeks after sometimes almost to the day,. It doesn't seem to matter on what food i eat either.
I have started this just two days ago then for two days i was fine but then had problems again tonight and i got a lot better when i ate a cracker and drank soe water.

Thanks for the additional info. As your gall-bladder is removed, cholecystitis is ruled. But as I mentioned above, other possibilities should also be ruled out.

As I also mentioned earlier, pre-menopause is a condition of many faces. So, when you visit your doctor, you may also ask him/her to test your hormones to see if there are any signs of pre-menopause.

At this point of time, only the test is going to help us know whether or not this is related to menopause.

Hope this helps.

Kind Regards,
