You are a young female and you have problem of feeling sick, nauseating feeling and hot, cold sweats. It could be due to a number of reasons and Anxiety is one of them.
Anxiety may present with hot cold sweats, nausea, feeling sick etc symptoms. Usually no specific cause can be found for anxiety and it is non specific usually. Medicines like Fluoxetine, Paroxetine, Sertline etc can be taken in consultation with a Psychiatrist for relief. Episodic relief can be sought by low dose benzodiazepines like Clonazepam.
Other possibility is mensturation related hormonal imbalance. Due to hormonal changes symptoms mimicking hot flushes, cold sweats can be seen in a young female. Calcium and supplements have proven benefits in such symptoms. Apart from that Fluoxetine is also useful in such symptoms.
Before going for treatment I would like you to get some investigations done.
Blood hemoglobin is must for such symptoms. Low hemoglobin causes anaemia and it is important cause for increase in such symptoms.
Investigations for Vitamin B12 levels is also needed. In a majority of persons with anxiety Vitamin B12 levels come in lower ranges (<300).
Apart from medicines try relaxation exercises, progressive muscle relaxation exercise, breathing exercises, yoga to keep yourself relaxed.
In follow up question you can elaborate your symptoms in detail.
Thanks, If you have more question you can ask again in follow up.
