Hi there,

Thanks for writing in .

1. How are her bowel and bladder habits ? Any blood in stools?
2. Any history of fever along with this period of being unwell?
3. Any history of crying while passing urine?
4. Any history of cough and cold, ear pain, fast breathing?
5. Any history of abdominal pain or diarrhoea?
6. How are her eating habits right now?

Initially, I thought more in terms of a viral illness with lethargy , vomiting etc. However it has been 10 days now. Viral illness should have got better in 1 week to 10 days. So, if she is still lethargic and sleepy, I would advise you to take her to a paediatrician who might thoroughly examine her and do the relevant investigations like complete blood picture, urine routine etc.
