Question : i feel tight on hear area, on and off the whole night, wondering if anything serious.

Thanks for your query.

Usually tightness in the ear area is caused by a pinching of the nerve because of some kind of inflammation or direct pressure.

This is usually nothing to worry about and is certainly not a sign of a stroke and will usually resolve on its own.
