Question : My friend is very weak in his muscles today and has been taking black cumin seed in a double dose amount recently (two weeks) for tummy fat weight loss he read about. He has neck ache but no nausea and has a hard time breathing normally even with his c-pap machine. he is diabetic with high sugar levels usually. How could the extra cumin seed be exacerbating his conditions. He also has serious neuropathy. thankyou,

Neckache is not related to Cumin.

Most probably neckache is not related to cumin.It is not its side effect.
Neckache can be managed conservatively.He can apply hot water bag over neck and should give proper rest to neck muscles.It may be due to unaccustomed position.
He can also take analgesics and muscle relaxants for 4-5 days.
Besides this he should take other medicines for diabetes mellitus.He should have controlled blood sugar because increased sugar has many systemic effects.
For breathing problem,he can consult physician.He needs clinical examination and investigations like chest X-ray may be done to rule out lung pathology.
