Brief Answer:
Prilosec and zyrtec interacts with klonipin.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

Levaquin when used as nose rinse is very little and is not absorbed at all in blood stream.

Zyrtec and prilosec interact with klonipin lowering it's effectiveness. This may contribute your symptoms of PMS being still bad.

The ablation may also cause pain PMS likely that you are feeling.

Hope I have answered the question.
