Question : My foot got injured just now, it got swelling and turned red.
Its paining. Any help so that this swelling can be reduce.

Thanks for your query.
If it is a open wound, do get yourself vaccinated with Tetanus injection.
Wash the wound and apply Bactroban ointment twice daily with sterile dressing.
The swelling will come down over time, it is a response to to the trauma and is not serious.
Also take Tab Motrin 400 mg twice daily after food for three days.
