Question : For 2 days I have severe pain in my sacral area
No breakage of skin
No injury
Started all of a sudden
No swelling no redness but it hurts me to sit and to stand and to walk

As per your history, it may be due to sacroiliitis i.e inflammation of sacro-iliac joints.

For further assessment, I would suggest you consult with the spine surgeon for a detailed clinical examination. S/he may procure an MRI and nerve conduction studies as per evaluation. Further treatment mainly depends upon the underlying condition.

Meanwhile, continue pain medications and heating pads. You can apply diclofenac gel locally. You may require muscle relaxant Chlorzoxazone, physical therapy, local steroid injections SOS after consultation.
