You can use tablet Tramadol/acetaminophen...
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
You can use tablet acetaminophen(Tylenol) instead of other NSAIDs as it's mainly pain reliever having lesser side effects.
In case of moderate to severe pain, you can use tablet Tramadol 50 mg every 4 to 6 hourly after gynecologist consultation.
In case of endometriosis implant is also helping in pain relief. . It takes around 2 to 3 months.
Along with that other laparascopic surgical options are also available.
Hope I have answered your query.
