Brief Answer:
Wait for some more hours

Detailed Answer:
Hello thanks for asking from Health Care Magic

Abilify is Aripiprazole. It is an antipsychotic agent used in psychotic disorders but it is also used in some cases of severe depression and in bipolar disorders. Over all the drug is a safe drug but it may cause drowsiness and sedation as side effects.

You have taken 1 mg of this drug which is very low dose but still you are having sedation. If we go by theory then the average half life (time taken to clear the half of drug concentration in brain) is about 75-90 hours. You have taken this since last 11 hours, so as per my opinion sedation should go in next 10-12 hours, but drowsiness may remain for long.

Usually at this dose the drug doesn't cause much sedation but in some sensitive individuals it may cause significant sedation.

I think it should be Brintellix, which is a new antidepressant that has got approval for use in Major Depressive Disorder.

Brintellix is Vortioxetine that is a drug similar to SSRIs (fluoxetine, paroxetine, sertraline etc) but with different mechanism of action. Though there are not much research studies on this drug still in a number of drug trials it is known to result in significant improvement.

Over all this is a safe drug but it can cause nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, dryness of mouth, blurred vision, sedation and drowsiness as side effect. But it has been found significantly useful in Severe depression.

Hope this helps you, please ask again if you have more unresolved doubts or if you want to clarify anything from my answer.

Thanks
