Hello
After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand your concern for your health and I would like to tell you that as per the symptoms explained by you it doesn’t seem that you have any significant cardiac issue however before jumping on to any conclusion I would like to tell you to upload the full ECG image as the image which you have uploaded is showing just the ECG interpretation and not the ECG tracing.
Also I would like to know few other things
1. Do you have any other medical issues like diabetes or hypertension?
2. Smoking habit ?
3. Any family history of heart disease?
4. Any medication which you are taking ?
Kindly upload the full ecg image and revert back with required information.
Kind Regards

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for the feedback.
Your ecg is fine just a Rsr’ pattern which is normal is a majority of population.
In your blood results your TSH levels are slightly towards the higher side which in some individuals can cause such ectopic activity of heart. If this test was done more than 3 months back then you should repeat your thyroid profile.
Also I would like to suggest you to get an echocardiography done.

I will definitely do echocardiography . But before that I want to know whether my symptoms suggestive of any cardiac tumor?
What are the typical symptom of cardiac tumor?
Can this type of tumor causes symptoms for more than 5 years without any other problem?
My chest X-ray is also normal.
Thanks.
Hello again
Detailed Answer:
From your symptoms it’s highly unlikely that you are having a cardiac issue. However I would like to see the Echocardiography report before conclusion.
Cardiac tumours are very rare and the patients usually have history of syncope ( blackouts) or dizziness.
I hope this information will answer your query.
