For Last Several Years Have Have Not Done Any “sunbathing”

Question : For last several years have have not done any “sunbathing” but I do ride a bike. Face & arms expose. 18 months ago I had a couple of pre cancerous “scabs” freezeburned from cheeks. But even before that I got what I thought was liver spots & bumps on chest? Now lather exposed areas with 100SPF.

What else to do ... any supplements to help?

In my opinion you are doing the right prevention in your case .The use of cream 100 PFS and the healthy lifestyle will help you more for your situation

Also you should be very careful in your skin exposure to the violent ultrasound.

Of corse you should have regular visits to your doctor to check any possible changes in your skin
