Question : For months I have been wheezing and coughing up small green lumps. I have been treated several times with steroids, inhalers, nasal sprays, cough meds, Cingular, etc. sometimes it goes away but it always returns. I also had a chest X-ray with no findings...0

Hii. You may be having allergic rhinosinusitis or lower respiratory tract

Detailed Answer:
Hii. You may be having allergic rhinosinusitis or lower respiratory tract infection. You should do a x ray para nasal sinus and endoscopy of the nose and larynx. Start a nasal fluticasone spray, steam inhalation. Do a sputum test and sent for culture and sensitivity. Do a pulmonary function test and consult Ent surgeon and Chest medicine doctor. Start an anti allergic tablet levocetrizine. Review with reports.
