For My Mom An MRI In Which We See A Mass Inside Her Brain. This Mass Is Ruled Out To Be A Tumor. None Of The Doctors Suggested Surgery/ Biopsy Can You Please Help Me Out What Should We Do ?

Question: Hi Doctor,

Brain tumor and cancer : Earlier last week, my mom went for a walk but she was not able to stop herself (her legs were not in control). Later that night, while sleeping, she was not able to hold her urine too. We went to see a doctor and he referred us to the neurosurgeon, he suggested us to do an MRI in which we see a Mass inside her brain. This mass is ruled out to be a tumor. None of the doctors suggested Surgery/ Biopsy (except one for Biopsy) but only radiation Radiation theraphy. Can you please help me out what should we do ?
