Question : For the last few years I have had a problem with my finger tips. At best, the skin is tough, hard, and feels like I have a layer of dried glue on them. At worst, the skin cracks which is painful. The skin peels, much like the dried glue analogy above.
I have tried hand lotions, Vaseline, antibacterial and anti-fungal cremes with varying results, non of which help very much. I have found that bleach water seems to help it the most, but still does not get rid of it.
