Question : For the last three days I’ve had a dull throbbing pain on my left side under by breast. I had recent physical and everything was fine. I have normal blood pressure. I do recall pulling a muscle in that areas when woke up from sleep. Could this caused it or should I be concerned?

Hello,

The symptoms seem to be related a pulled muscle,maybe from the physical activity.
I recommend to use a muscle relaxant such as Baclofen three times a day.
I also recommend to use magnesium supplement daily and rest.
Gentle stretching exercises can also be helpful.
