For The Past Few Weeks I Have Been Hyper Sensitive

Question : For the past few weeks I have been hyper sensitive and keep developing skin irritations/rashes. Typically they can last for 30 minutes, several hours, one on my stomach was painful, red, irritated and lasted 48 hrs before it went away. Very itchy, mostly on my torso, arms, hands, and hair. Within the past day or so I am starting to notice it on my legs as well. It doesn't appear to be hives, more of a solid red area vs a true rash. If I scratch an area that can start the reaction, my watch which I've worn for a long time has become an irritant, hand soap, elastic around my underwear and bra, etc.

Several weeks ago we replaced our carpet in our office and I was managing the project including setting up and breaking down boxes for the attorneys to pack up their offices. Unplugging everyone's computers and storing them in the back storage room. My skin was very itchy and dry then and I assumed it was from the dust. I also noticed paper cuts from the cardboard boxes and raised welts on my wrists. This project has been completed now yet the skin irritation are worse now then during the initial period. Benadryl helps, symptoms get better overnight, then return during the day while I am at work and the cycle continues the next day.

Thank you for your response, is the oral antihistamine e.g Levocetirizine 10mg an over the counter medication that I can find at a CVS for instance?
