Brief Answer:
There can be several causes. Require further evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have gone through your query and here is my advice.

As per your history, there can be several causes for loose stool, weight loss and it should get evaluated. So Kindly follow up with a bit more information.

Please let me know do you have a fever, blood in stool, nausea, vomiting, had any outside food?

For further assessment, you may require ultrasound abdomen/computed tomography abdomen, complete hemogram, stool analysis, and Colonoscopy after detailed medical examination and gastroenterologist's opinion to rule out possibilities.

Till then you can take tablet loperamide 4mg then 2 mg after each loose stool up to maximum 12 mg in a day. Keep yourself hydrated by electoral XXXXXXX (oral rehydration solution). In case of nausea, you can take tablet Ondansetron 4 mg.

Along with that do regular blood sugar monitoring at least 3 times a day as you may require anti-diabetic medications dosage adjustment after consultation. Do regular blood pressure monitoring.

Kindly watch for symptoms of hypoglycemia like sweating, shivering, dizziness. Take a soft diet.

Hope I have answered your query...
Let me know if I can assist you further...

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale
