Brief Answer:
Get an USG abdomen done.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your query at HCM

I went through your investigators. I would like to know what are your physical symptoms. You have high iron, vitamin B12, cholesterol, direct bilirubin. Having elevated blood iron could be hemochromatosis or iron storage disease. The condition can be harmful if left untreated, as the iron building up in your blood can eventually damage your organs. Do you have joint pain, weakness and abdominal pain? Were you taking oral iron or multivitamins. If yes then stop the intake of these drugs. At present I would suggest you to visit a physician and get your abdominal ultrasound done to evaluate your liver. You might require phlebotomy or chelation. Nothing to worry if treatment taken properly. Restrict taking oily and spicy food. Brisk walk for at least half an hour daily. If overweight weight reduction important. Rest treatment can be advised post ultrasound.

Take care
