Brief Answer:
No need to panick

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

I feel you are unnecessarily stressed out about the possibility of pregnancy.

You had unprotected intercourse on 5th of last month. After that intercourse, you had your menses on 12th, proving that the intercourse on the 5th has not resulted in pregnancy.

Agreed your menses have appeared 3 days earlier; however Variation in menses by + or - 4 days is a normal phenomenon, for which one should not be concerned.

This month your period is now delayed. In fact it is not delayed by 9 days, it is delayed by 6 days, since your last months period was 3 days earlier. If you did not have any unprotected sex during this month, I feel, you should get your menses in few days.

You can take some progesterone preparation like Primolut N for 5 days. After discontinuing the pills you should get withdrawal bleeding within 4-7 days.

What does this Marfate tablet contain? I could not get any reference about this medicine. There is a possibility that you could have misspelt the medicine. Is it meprate? If its now, will you please inform me the ingredients of the medicine so that I can advise you on it. If it is Tab. Meprate, it is medroxyprogesterone which is a Progesterone preparation. You may take these pills for 5 days in the dose the doctor has prescribed you and 4-7 days after that you should get withdrawal bleeding.

However, if you have any unprotected sexual relation in last month, you should get your urine tested for pregnancy 10 days after missed period. Earlier, this test may be false negative.

The next period is most likely to be delayed because of this hormonal intervention. You need not get panicky for that delay. More you interfere with the hormones randomly, more are the irregularities in the menstrual period.

After completely discontinuing the hormonal pills, still if your irregularity in the menses continues, then we may discuss further for appropriate management. Then you may ask me direct question.

At this stage, I feel this much guidance is sufficient for you. If you are satisfied with the information, you may post a good review and 5 star rating for me. For any more information you want to have, I am always available for you, XXXX.

Brief Answer:
Right advice

Detailed Answer:
Dear XXXX,

As I had mentioned earlier, Meprate is medroxyprogersterone; i.e. a Progesterone preparation. 10 mg of Meprate for 4-5 days will bring withdrawal bleeding to you about 4-7 days after discontinuing the medicine.

There is no shortcut or fast method to bring menses which can be safer.

Your next menses will be delayed, do not panic. If later on your menses remain irregular (which I do not expect), we will again discuss.

I hope now are stress free.

If you want to have any more information, you may ask me, XXXX.
