Question : hi..my dad has got a cyst formed around his kidney and the count says around 2 lakhs.could you please tellme about the seriousness of it.

Thanks for your query to XXXXXXX
NORMALLY SIMPLE RENAL CORTICAL cysts do not need any intervention unless very large and have symptoms like pain due to the cyst.
Medicines are not effective and need only needle aspiration or laparoscopic procedure.
Cysts are measured in centimeters and kindly upload the photos or type the full report.
I am sorry to say that i cannot understand what u mean by 2 laks. Awaiting your response...
