Question: I have black spots on my head and itching is also there and this has been for 4 years I have seen many doctors but it is not cured I request you to tell me its treatment.

I see the picture you attached and it seems like you are having familial dysceratotic comedones.
They are refractary to treatment and this is why nothing has worked on tgem up to now . I can suggest you laser co2 which has shown to have good results on them .
