I have discovered white lesions around my anus and in my vagina. I have had one sexual partner for the last two years.

The lesion with white color and often itch or foul smell especially in the areas of genital tract are most commonly due to fungal infections often resulting due to moist conditions. A single dose anti-fungal clotrimazole is often enough to eliminate the infection along with the topical ketoconazole ointment.
