Hi

Thanks for posting your query

Throat infections are common in patients with low immunity
Exposed to infected patients
Who consume lot of cold drinks and oily meals
Smokers

If you have any of these affecting factors avoid them

Bowel movements after throat infection could be secondary to superinfection secondary to antibiotics for the first one

Fever is always there as a reaction to the infection

Best remedy is avoid the causative factor
Go for warm water antiseptic gargles
Use lozenges to sooth your throat
And take a good antibiotic for seven to ten days

Go for a Complete blood count to know about your hemoglobin level and severity of infection

Add a Vitamin BComplex and Vitamin C to increase immunity

Hope all clear

Hi,

Thanks for posting your follow-up query.

Try what I have mentioned in my first reply:

Go for a Complete blood count to know about your hemoglobin level and severity of infection.

And get back to me with the reports so that we can justify the need for antibiotics or else avoid them.

In the mean time: [I Repeat]

Take a good probiotic twice a day for six weeks to take care of your bowel.
Go for warm water antiseptic gargles.
Use lozenges to sooth your throat.
Add a Vitamin B Complex and Vitamin C to increase immunity.

Revert back with reports or if you have any further query.
