Question : Frequently Swelling on both palms hands, weakness, legs pain during sleep time.
Brief Answer:
You may need to get tested.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think there can be different conditions causing this swollen hands , weakness and leg pain.
Most probably it can be related to arthritis or other connective tissue diseases.
If the legs are swollen too it can be kidney or heart issue.
I think you can do a total blood count with formula, sedimentation rate, biochemical blood balance and if everything is normal get tested for anti ANA antibodies.
It would be better if you upload pictures if the hands in reports and do the tests I mentioned.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
Thanks.
