2) I drink only 1 or 2 glasses of water daly.

Dear XXXXXX

Thanks for contacting XXXXXXX and Ayurveda regarding your problem and going by your Medical History and present complaint I've come up with following observations:

1.Because you live in Delhi, which is not hot but HOTTER ( exposure to heat/ humidity) and given your history of taking only 1-2 glasses of water per day, dehydration is bound to happen, along with other channels of water loss i.e. sweat, breath, urine and stool.
2.In dehydration, along with water salt is also lost and even simple plain water is also no good option
.because you remain under hydrated, this results in stools becoming dry and thus requiring greater strain while passing them and possible cause of your piles!!
.also dehydration causes the eyes to become dry (dry eyes)resulting in weak eye sight!!
3.Do you drink 1-2 glasses of water as Habit/non access to safe drinking water or else? Any Addiction?
4.You have not mentioned about symptoms associated with your dehydration: whether it is episodes of confusion, fainting, weakness, cramps, headaches or dizziness?
5.Do check your blood pressure with healthcare provider there and regarding any electrolyte imbalance who may/will order some Lab tests for the same.
6.Head spinning while hunger: could be normal due to greater time remaining empty stomach, and letting the acid to burn the stomach and thus letting you know of the condition (your dietary habits)?
7.Please firstly go for electrolyte investigations, hemoglobin level and thereafter I can suggest some higher tests.
8.Avoid coffee,tea,salt,junk/processed food and HIGH protein XXXXXXX diet
9.Take plenty of water, atleast 8-10 glasses per day, which improves urine output, and re hydrates the skin (but if exposure to heat is more) add little of black pepper, lemon and salt to it or simply have ORS sachets or “Shadangpaniya” (available at all Ayurveda Stores) with you.
10.Cilantron juice (Coriander/Dhaniya) either purchased or made in home is an ideal summer drink for you.
11. Ashwagandharishta and Balarishta both 15-15ml (3tsf each) with equal amount of water after meals (after breakfast, and dinner)
12. Ushirasav 25ml (5tsf) after meals with equal amount of water (after lunch)
