Hi,

I would start tab zerodol P twice daily after food for 2-3 days. You should also take tab zincovit; tab evion and tab limcee once daily for a week.

Watch the progress of symptoms and if you don't get better in next couple of days, visit a doctor for further evaluation.

In the meanwhile make sure you remain isolated from others and practice personal hygiene.
