Question : From last we I have observed that After my Walking at may may be morning or evening when I pass out Urine it was Slightly Reddish... after that it become normal throughout the day... also itching & burning sensation at Anal Part..

From your symptoms it seems some parasite infestation. You can take tab Alabendazole 400 mg one dose and see if these symptoms disappear.
If the symptoms do not disappear than it could be candida. In such a case, we need to check your fasting blood sugar levels and HbA1C levels. Also urine detailed examination and complete blood count should be done.

Madam is this both issue are coming related & the medicine is for both issues... Cannot u pl give any other option as Drug supply is low here.

Tab Albendazole is available at all pharmacies. It should help for both issues. Meanwhile you should drink cleaner water preferably from RO system as you maybe contracting worms from drinking water. Also monitor your blood glucose level. You can also test for worms at home with a scotch tape stick to the anal area at night and check in morning for any worms.
To get your medicine you can also reach your local government hospital, where you will get this medicine free of cost. Government hospitals and their pharmacies are open nowadays.
Ayurveda also has some anti-parasitic preparations.

still I have one query madam that as after walking it was happening once or twice in a day is it related to Walking or exercise... second thing is that Medicine for how many days

Since it happens in morning and evening, it could either be dehydration related or some red blood cells are getting lysed (ruptured). It could happen in some parasitic infection as you have anal itching too. That is why I have suggested cleaner drinking water from RO system and albendazole (anti-parasitic). If albendazole doesnot work then a physician needs to be consulted for further investigations as suggested earlier. Candida can also cause reddish urine and anal itching. For this also cleaner water is needed.
