Question : From yesterday, I saw a dry cracks in the groin area. So, I stopped wearing underwear. Please can you advice me on this and should I visit doctor or a medical shop for medicine.

Did it start suddenly or gradually after scratching due to itching.?
If so, you can apply any antibiotic ointment like mupirocin ointment.
If there was itching before
you need to rule out any fungal infection.

I started to feel uncomfortable while riding a bicycle. I think the cycle seat contributed more. Now when I walk, I feel uneasy because the skin get contact eachother.
