Question : Getting a mild pain in the right back side of stomach. Wat it might be
Brief Answer:
It could be pancreas or gall bladder
Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
This seems to be related to pancreas or gall bladder. However I need more details like severity of pain, what does pain feel like, for how long its been there, what makes it worse, any medicines?
Some blood tests including liver function test and serum amylase and lipase levels should help confirm diagnosis.
Meanwhile avoid fatty foods and alcohol.

Hi ma’am...
I’m getting pinning type of constant pain and the area is near kidneys... right side of abdomen on the back side (wrongly mentioned as stomach in prev query).
Request you to advice me the tests again based on this symptom.
(I was taking lot of water and the pain is getting subsided after drinking water; it starts again during night time)

Brief Answer:
It could be kidney stones
Detailed Answer:
Hi again
Thanks for clarifying further.
Now your description seems like kidney stones.
Get an ultrasound of whole abdomen including kidney, ureter, bladder to confirm diagnosis.
Continue drinking lots of water.
