                                            Question : i am getting back pain while working not able to sit for more than 1.50 hour contentiously suggest me to oversome

Thank you for posting your query.
The most likely cause of severe back pain in your case is slipped lumbar disc.
Common symptoms include back pain, leg pain, tingling and numbness of legs.
For pain relief, following measures are useful:
1. Bed rest,
2. Cap. Gabapentin or pregabalin,
3. For severe pain, Tab mobizox or Myospaz forte may be used.
4. Physiotherapy- such as IFT, ultrasound, traction, etc.
The good thing is that only 10% people do not respond to the above measures and require surgery.
