From your history, age group & symptoms, it does appear that the pain is related to some muscle strech or a few fibres torn in the left lower abdominal area on account of your excercise regime. It is cold nowadays so perhaps the regime was started sans adequate warm-up?!
Hence the pain while coughing/bending et al.
I would advise simply stopping the regime for a week & giving the area rest. In addition a mild anti-inflammatory agent eg Ibuprofen 400mg taken two to three times/day with meals to avoid gastritis for a period of 2-3 days to aid the healing process. Couple this with drinking lots of fluids & if there is a mild UTI or stone, it will pass on (much rarer occurence)
If in 48-72 hrs, there is still no respite, then please go across to your GP/Urologist for a clinical opinion. (the reason i answered this query is because it is a sunday & understand your anxiety on an off day) Cheers!
Regds & Good Luck!
