I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

If you are getting cold too often, then it could be due to some allergy or low immunity.
You can get a complete blood count and immunoglobulin profile done to find cause. Also get examination done by an ENT specialist. He may also suggest some X rays according to his findings.
Meanwhile you can take your precautions like avoid allergens like dust, pollen, cold air etc. You can also do regular exercise (gym, walk, yoga etc) to build immunity. Drink cleaner water and eat healthy foods.
