Question : My head aches a lot, i feel lik someting sharp is pricking me from inside. and i am unable to sleep peacfully for 8 hrs. Please help me in this.

The most likely cause of headaches in your case is migraine.
Since you have frequent headaches, you should be on preventive medications (which reduce the severity and frequency of headaches). The best drugs in this category are flunarizine, divalproex, topiramate, etc.
In addition, if you have severe headache, you can take rizatriptan or vasograin.
Please ensure regular meal timings, avoid sunlight, and stress.
