Thanks for the query.

Well, I have viewed your x-ray. Your lower right wisdom tooth looks partially impacted which means it will not erupt completely on its own.
Pain relief can be a temporary solution by taking painkillers..
So getting the tooth removed can resolve the problem completely...
For pain relief as of now you can take painkillers like Ibuprofen and do antiseptic mouthwash gargles.
Apply Lidocaine containing numbing gel.
Do warm saline gargles.

Visit an Oral Surgeon and get evaluated.

Right side wisdom tooth has been extracted long back in 2020.

Now lower left wisdom tooth is troubling me.
