Question : hello doctor for the last 15 days the fuss is coming from the above of buttok area.
I was preserived antbotics like oflex tablets
please advice for further

Thanks for the query,
It appears that you are suffering from pilonidal sinus.
It appears in the form of a tract which always drains puss.

You have been prescribed antibiotic which can give you relief for a short period of time.
Finally you may require surgery.

Can you send me a photograph of the lesion.
