Getting Second Opinion I Have Been Having A Rumbling Or

I have been having a rumbling or vibration in my testicles and was wondering what this is. There is no severe pain, but the rumbling concerns me. I had a scrotal ultrasound a few months ago that showed hydrocele and was wondering if that is causing this, or if maybe one of my 3 bulged discs in my lumbar spine is causing it, or maybe something else. The rumbling feels like lower in the scrotal area, kind of like buzzing. I tried to feel if there is movement when the buzz happens but I don’t feel movement with my fingers touching it, but I feel it internally like a vibration. It almost feels like a gaseous feeling deep in my scrotum or perineum area. I am very worried and would like to know if this is an urgent issue. Could it be hydrocele, pinched nerve, or inguinal hernia or something else? I do not have any pain or any very obvious bulges around my groin area except the prepubic fat at base of penis.
Rumbling sensation in scrotum without any pain has no significance
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for query .
Based on the facts about the Rumbling sensation in Scrotum that you get in your Scrotum is most likely to be due to involuntary contraction (Twitching ) of the Cremaster muscle that holds the testicles and Its action is to retract the testes, important in thermoregulation and spermatogenesis.
Rumbling that you get is due to involuntary contraction of thie Cremaster muscle and has no significance as long as you do not have any symptom like pain in scrotum or swelling of the Testicles .
The hydrocele that you have could be a minimal collection of reactionary fluid around testicle secondary to sub clinical infection of testicle (Orchitis) which subsides over a period of time .
Do not worry and stretch your anxiety .
Hope I have answered your query ,please feel free to ask if you have more questions,I shall be happy to help you
Thanks and Regards.
