Brief Answer:
Right temporal lobe surgery

Detailed Answer:
Dear sir
Hello
Wishing you a speedy recovery
I have gone through your medical history in detail
Patients with right temporal lobe surgery may have all these weird symptoms
What was the cause for this surgery? Was it secondary to some head injury?

May I suggest

1 take symptomatic treatment for pain /stomach pain etc

2 get your MRI BRAIN to see any intracranial cause for these symptoms

3 get some medications like antianxiety / antidepressants etc.

Thanks
