Question : Good Morning, I have checked my mother's blood pressure yesterday in Digital BP Monitor and the reading was 159/102 and the pulse reading was 76. I took her to a clinic 2 days ago and doctor ask her to take one tablet. Could you please advise what should I do now and what diet should I ask my mom to follow? Age of my mother: 53 years Medication for Sugar Thanks, Afshan

If the BP is high, you'll have to get BP checked 3-4 days continuously, If still it is high then only the medications would be needed.
