Brief Answer:
Allergic Rhinitis

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for posting this query

Your girlfriend seems to be having Allergic Rhinitis. She would require the following medications.

1. Tab Fexofenadine once a day
2. Intranasal steroid spray 1 puff in each nostril 2 times a day for at least 1 month
3. A nasal decongestant such as xylometazoline or oxymetazoline 3 times a day x 5 days

With these medications she should be alright.

Hope this answers your query; I’ll be available for the follow up queries.
