Question : Good evening, first off I know I have Emphezema, but instead of self diagnosing by just looking things up, I'd rather ask a professional. Here are my symptoms: shortness of breath even making my bed, I can't eat without feeling like I'm going to be sick, I've lost 6-7 pounds in the last 2 weeks, I also have severe dryness on my left foot that's now starting to crack, everytime I eat, I immediately have to use the bathroom and it's usually diarrhea, I have sharp pain in my chest and sometimes one of my arms or legs goes numb for no reason, sometimes I get blurred vision, like there's goop in my eyes, and my body hurts every day

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

You may have emphysema is you have shortness of breath, cough, mucus, fatigue especially if you have been long time smoking. In this case you may need to do a x-ray of chest and a spirometry to get checked.
Also you may be having irritable bowel disease which can cause you to have diarrhea often. You may need to take probiotics suck enterogerina or yovita, change your diet reducing fiber, fruit juices,fruits and vegetables. Loperamid can be used to help with diarrhea.
The often diarrhea may have caused you to have electrolytes imbalance and dehydration and together we with emphysema may be a reason for body ache, blurred vision and numbness.
