may be nerve compression with muscle sprain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
I have gone through your query and here is my advice.
As per your history it may be due to nerve compression with muscle sprain.
Please let me know do you have history of injury, sprain, numbness or tingling sensation over limbs, history of any heavy weight lifting?
To confirm diagnosis I would suggest you to do MRI lumbar region with whole spine screening after orthopedic consultation.
Till then you can continue with tab. meloxicam or take tab. motrin (Ibuorofen 400 mg every 6 hourly. You can apply diclofenac gel or spray with heat pads locally. These medications should be available over the counter.
Do regular physical therapy. Let me know I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shyam Kale.
