Question : Good morning, 10 days ago inhad a 1 night stand, inused condom but i gave oral and recived without condom. This week i felt burning feeling on penis and burning feeling after peeing. Yesterday inwent to my urologist he checked my genitals with a magnifying glass and mynlymph nods said everything looks good told me to drink tons ofnwater to help the burning feeling when peeing which it did thenpenis head still burns. Today inwoke up feeling like crap kind of sick so i took 2 advil ultra which end up hurting mynstomach and had to take nedox. Right now im really scared thinking i havenherpws because thats what inread online i have all the symptoms. One more thing today my neck hurt a little onnits left side mynfriend who is a doc checked me and said no lymph nods are swollen so i dont know why it hurts when touched.

I am sorry to hear about your troubles. If it has not been done, I suggest you have either morning urine tested for STDs or a urethral swap, which would also be tested for herpes virus. The soreness in your neck sounds unspecific and possibly viral (flu-like).
