Brief Answer:
Chest pain ralated to anxiety.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I think that the chest pain you are having may be related to panic and anxiety. Also increased heart rate may happen.
Anxiety is much common these days because of the situation caused by covid19 and I see many patients feeling the same as you.
Firstly you have to calm yourself and put your mind at ease since covid19 test is negative. Train your breathing to help get calm. If you have been prescribed anxiety medication by doctor take them as recommended.
Hope I have answered the question.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
