Question : Good morning,
I’m wanting to know what could be possibly be a diagnosis of all of my symptoms.
I have had in the last 2-3 months these signs- headache, Nassau’s, cough, lower back pain, pelvic pressure, and bloated?? Or what illness can I illiminate thank you

Irritable bowel syndrome and sinusitis possible.

Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor service.
I read your query and here is my advice.

I think the symptoms you are currently having may be related to to two different conditions.
Nausea, lower back pain and bloating and more if you have episodes of diarrhea and constipation may be related to irritable bowel syndrome.
There is no special tests to verify it only the symptoms can suspect it.
Avoid foods that you suspect that can cause it can help you have less symptoms.

The cough and headache may be related to possible sinusitis.
Doing a x-ray of sinuses is advisable to see if they are congested and causing the headache.
